Day 1: Get To Know Yoga

Understanding the basic building block postures of yoga is necessary to starting your practice on the right path. At the end of Day 1, you will:

  • Learn feel-good breath work
  • Stretch muscles and get rid of nasty toxins
  • Feel centered in your mind and invigorated in your body and spirit!


Day 2: Posture Tutorial

One of YogaUniverse's famous posture tutorials will help you break down each pose into small and simple steps, focusing on alignment and really 'getting it'. At the end of Day 2, you will:

  • Strengthen your muscles
  • Learn age-old postures that soon become second nature
  • Get more coordinated and at ease with moving in and out of postures


Day 3: Work It Out

Your final trial class will give you a workout: in your body and in your mind. At the end of Day 3, you will:

Meet Your Instructor

Tiffany Chion founded Sundari Yoga studio in Connecticut in 2004 and is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. She has now created YogaUniverse to bring the joy of yoga to a global audience. Energized and passionate, Tiffany encourages students to balance safety with self-challenge.

Tiffany has taught yoga classes to students from 6 to 73 years-old and groups as varied as GirlScouts, the University of Connecticut Rugby team and folks recovering from hip replacement surgery. Tiffany has studied various forms of yoga and has been influenced by many teachers, including Anne Falkowski, Ana Forrest, Heather Tiddens, Yoganon Michel Carrol, Brian Kest, Rolf Gates, Eion Finn and Tom Gillette. She extends appreciation and admiration to each of them for the unique gifts that they have given.
