Beginner Series-Day 3: Sun Salutations
Welcome back to Day 3: Sun Salutations!
Today's goal is to feel like you had a workout: in your body and in your mind. At the end of Day 3, you will:
- Learn how to use your breath to stay focused
- Continue building a strong core
- Get a workout that makes you sweat and feel connected with your breath
- Reduce stress and build an enormous sense of well-being that comes from the release of endorphins and the healthy flow of oxygenated blood
- Feel the sense of calm that comes from being focused, aware and connected to yourself, your body and your breath

Posture Notes: This class will include longer holdings of what we covered in the posture tutorials as well as some really fun stuff. Lots of abs and bridge, Sun building blocks, some satisfying balancing postures, Goddesses poses and a very spiritual savasana (cool down).
