This elegant, challenging and exciting London based yoga/dance troupe orchestrated by Edward Clark makes you want to join the circus--Cirque du Soleil that is.

Edward Clark leads in some great troupe performances and Tripichore yoga practices. This 2 disc DVD set has a workshop section explaining the fundamentals behind Tripsichore, and an inspiring section comprised of the troupe's performance art pieces.  Then there are 6 class practices of graduated levels that you can make a religion of learning! 

Even the most beginner class is challenging in terms of yoga ability and sequencing.  The fun when you master a section and the satisfaction of flowing in this new yoga dance is fabulous and worth the work.  Not for Beginners.  Intermediate and Advanced students only.

I very much encourage this DVD set--it's very inspiring! As stated in a workshop writeup for the London's troup'es visit to a New Jersey yoga studio for a much anticipated October workshop, Tripichore "fuse(s) the lyricism of dance with the spirituality of yoga".  It certainly feels that way to me!
