Hatha Shoulder Opener, Beginner Yoga Class, #0723

This class unwinds the shoulders, introducing you to the muscles that should really be doing your postural work, while helping you learn to give your shoulders a break. Preparation for Vinyasa Yoga Flow, All Levels Yoga Class, #0722
Love the excitement of the Vinyasa Flow classes but find that they go by too quickly to fine tune your form in each pose? Well then here is the class for you! We'll break down the postures step by step, later to be linked together in our moderate vinyasa yoga flow classes, both the 60 minute #0713, and the 30 minute #0715. This is the perfect class for learning the foundation poses of vinyasa type flow movement one by one, and you can add the additional challenge of the "flow" between them later. We'll move through forward folds, twists, abdominals, bridges, powerful Goddesses, and endure the challenge of Warrior II. We'll enter playfully into Down Dogs.
