In depth instruction in a wide variety of popular postures which will deepen your practice and enhance your enjoyment of any other class that involves these movements. This posture tutorial covers the following postures in depth and allows you to sink into them for longer holdings once you have the alignment: Balancing Table (strengthening the abdominals and learn to find your balance), Camel, Heel up Lunges (Balance plus Strength!), Extended Warrior, Half Moon (amazing graceful and opening Balancing Posture!), Lunges with Mermaid Arms, Deeper camel, Boat, Bow, Wheel (Opening the back in an invigorating and safe way!), back release Pose (learn how to safely unwind your lower back from deep backbends), Shoulderstand and Plow (learn the intricies of these seemingly simple poses so you can enjoy the full benefit of them. Welcome to your 'Retreat at home' yoga class! When you just can't "get away" (but you Really need to) this class is for you! In this 1 hour video, you will be led through long, deep holdings of postures including Twists, Sun Breaths, and Chest Openers. You will be challenged with Waterwheels (a very effective abdominal exercise to elongate and tone your stomach muscles), and then be guided into Bridge and Cobra posture to stretch your abs after you have worked them.
