Core Intensive Yoga Videos
....are a more advanced set of videos for yogis interested in exploring invigorating inversions. These classes focus on core (abdominal) exercises, heat building postues and inversions. It is important to build your abdominal strength as this is what will support you in your inversions. As you strengthen your core your inversions will flourish!
Some inversion we will explore are Crow, Headstand, Handstand, Handstand Splits, Down Dog on the Wall and Dolphin on the wall.
