Yoga and Writing
Hello Yogis! I have found something beautiful that I want to share with you. Often, when I am practicing yoga when I begin I feel full of details of things I desire to do. Its often great things that I love to do, and want to do, but the thinking about them when Id like my mind to instantly quiet is what I sometimes felt chagrined about :) I started finding that halfway through my yoga practice I would feel completely calmed...like a stilled sea. . . .

Anything can be yoga..........
To the ancient yogis, the breathwork component of yoga Was yoga. To modern day folks like us it was perhaps introduced first and foremost as a physical, asana practice. But anything can be yoga if you do it with intention! . . .
