Breathwork and Meditation Classes

....are classes half dedicated to breathwork (pranayama) exercises and half dedicated to a guided meditation. Students will be led through breathwork techniques step by step and then encouraged to do several sequences of breathwork.

Practicing breathwork before meditating has a calming effect on both the mind an the body and makes the following meditation easier to sink into and more fruitful. You will emerge from these videos relaxed and refreshed. Some stuednts choose to follow Breathwork and Meditation videos with a yoga video oftheir choice, finding that the first prepares them very well for the latter. Enjoy your practice!
