Great feel-good flow! Everyone loves to move!You will start of brisk and settle in deliciously! This hour long Taoist yoga class has always been a favorite at my studio. This class consists of repeating sequences--done slowly first to get you into the groove and then twice more at a faster pace with breath linking movement. You will get very warm doing these sequences as you move through Goddess and Warriors into Yoga Mudras, Camels, and on through Down Dog into Abdominal and Balancing Postures. This class is a complete workout and will get you breathing easily and deeply by the finish!
